• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

• You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt it.

• We reserve the right to update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

• When you place an order online, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • the product is out of stock,

  • there is an error in pricing or description, or

  • we believe the order is fraudulent or inappropriate.

• All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).

• Payment must be made at checkout using one of our secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

• Prices may change from time to time but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are available for next-day collection from 10 am.

• The last standard Click & Collect date for Christmas 2025 is Friday 19 December.

• Special collection slots for festive orders run from Sunday 21 to Wednesday 24 December 2025 (subject to availability).

• Local delivery is available within 5 miles for orders over £35 (where offered).

• Please collect orders on time to ensure product freshness. Uncollected orders may not be refundable.

• Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns once the products have left our premises unless they are faulty or not as described.

• Please check your order on collection and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue.

• For non-perishable items, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• We make every effort to ensure product information and images are accurate, but minor variations (e.g. weight or appearance) may occur.

• All ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on product labels and on our website.

• Customers with allergies should review our Allergen & Product Information Statement before purchase.

• Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately after collection and cooked in accordance with the instructions provided.

• We accept no liability for issues arising from improper storage or cooking.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our products except where caused by our negligence.

• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
