Last updated: Tuesday, 28th Oct 2025

At St Edmunds Butchers & Bakery, we take food safety and allergy awareness seriously. We are committed to providing clear and accurate information to help our customers make informed choices about the products they buy.

1. Allergen Information

In compliance with UK food information regulations, we clearly identify any of the 14 main allergens that may be present in our products.

Each product listed on our website and sold in-store includes the corresponding allergen number(s) from the list below, where applicable.

Please note: While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our premises handle multiple allergens.

If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary concern, please speak to a member of our team before purchase.

  • For fresh products sold over the counter, allergen information is available upon request.
